Why I cosplay as Lara: I've been a huge fan of Tomb Raider since playing the
first game in 1996. In 1999, after some encouragement from my best mate, I
made a couple of Lara costumes and entered an online competition - thats how
it started. Since then I've continued to make various Lara outfits from the
games. I love cosplaying - it gives me a confidence boost and I've met so
many interesting people doing it! I love Lara because she's strong,
intelligent, confident, not afraid of a challenge and on top of that she
retains her ladylike charm.
